Returns & Exchanges
All merchandise is warranted against manufacturers defects for 60 days, from the date of purchase, or longer as stated with specific products or by the manufacturer. Should the item you purchase be unsatisfactory due to a defect we will be pleased to repair or replace the product.
Product return requests will be considered at our discretion within 7 days of you receiving your items. If the product has not been used & all original packaging is attached you will receive a customer credit for future purchases. This policy is strictly enforced as used bedding products are not resalable, due to hygienic reasons.
All returns must have prior authorization which can be obtained by e-mailing our customer service desk at email@example.com or call 1-877-477-8822. Please inform us the nature of the problem so that we can determine the best solution.
Should you be asked to return your product please follow the instructions below:
1. Address return to Sweet Dreams Boutique, 636 Broughton St. Victoria, B.C. V8W 1C9.
2. Mark the RA# on the outside of all parcels.
3. Enclose a note with your name, address, phone number and a copy of your original invoice.
4. Send all returns via Canada Post or as directed; please insure your package against loss or damage.
Alternatively, we would be pleased to accept your return at one of our locations, simply bring the product and a copy of your receipt.
All Shipping Costs for returns will be borne by the consumer and reimbursed should the return be deemed as a valid warranty claim.
